Plan pricing Monthly plans and data packs

Choose ongoing monthly use or data that stays available until used. Check the reset rules first, then compare allowances; pricing and delivery steps are shown together on this page.

Monthly plan: plan your usage by month

Monthly plans suit users who include cross-border access in regular work or entertainment. The tiers differ in price and monthly data, so start with actual usage, then consider background sync, file transfers, and video playback across your devices. Data resets monthly on the activation date, which is not necessarily the start of the calendar month.

Mid-cycle upgrade differences convert into remaining days. Check the conversion shown in the panel before upgrading; the difference is not a direct increase in data. The cards below are for comparison and open the plan panel; payment is not taken directly on this page.

60GB Monthly Plan

Light usage

¥9.9/month

Suitable for browsing resources, visiting websites, and text communication, especially for users who can monitor their remaining data. If your usage is unclear, compare this tier with actual records from the client.

  • 60GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: video playback, asset downloads, and cloud sync also use data. Allowances are not converted by viewing time or conversation count, since usage varies by content.

Choose this plan

250GB Monthly Plan

Mixed daily use

¥18/month

Suitable for users who combine websites, AI Tools, file collaboration, and Streaming in daily use. Rather than focusing only on device count, consider whether these tasks run at the same time and whether file transfers drive most usage.

  • 250GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: a larger allowance does not grant access to a target platform account or guarantee playback quality or successful access. For file-heavy work, consider file sizes and transfer frequency.

Choose this plan

500GB Monthly Plan

Best value

¥28/month

Suitable for users who have confirmed higher monthly usage, transfer assets frequently, or need to handle tasks across multiple devices. The larger allowance supports sustained use, but you should still check remaining data and the next reset date regularly.

  • 500GB per month
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: choose this tier based on usage, not as a speed ranking for routes. Network performance also depends on your local network, route selection, and the target service.

Choose this plan

“Best value” refers only to the unit data price among monthly tiers; it does not mean the lowest total cost for every usage pattern.

Data pack: valid until used

Data packs do not expire on a monthly schedule; they never expire and suit users whose access needs are intermittent. Focus on total data and usage frequency, not the next monthly reset. When unused for a long time, what remains is unused data—not unlimited access.

Data packs and monthly plans are different billing products, not the same plan with a long-term discount. If your account already has a subscription and you plan to switch or choose another product, check the panel instructions first. Do not assume products combine automatically or that data is deducted in a particular order.

300GB Data Pack

Intermittent access

¥158/pack

Suitable for users with defined cross-border access tasks separated by periods of inactivity. Instead of estimating validity by calendar days, review the actual data used for each task before deciding whether you need a larger allowance.

  • 300GB total data
  • Valid until used, never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: data is not refilled when a new month begins. A sync task that continues after a download finishes can still use data, so check the client and app status when ending tasks.

Choose this plan

1000GB Data Pack

Project-based use

¥358/pack

Suitable for users who need concentrated access during a work project and less afterward. Plan total usage around asset transfers, web collaboration, and online tools instead of forcing the need into a fixed monthly cycle.

  • 1000GB total data
  • Valid until used, never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: never expiring describes validity, not negligible usage. Repeated uploads, download retries, and multi-device sync during a project should all be included in your overall estimate.

Choose this plan

3000GB Data Pack

Larger total allowance

¥658/pack

Suitable for users who understand their data needs and want to retain a larger available balance. First confirm that you need this allowance, then compare total cost; a larger allowance alone is not a reason to choose it.

  • 3000GB total data
  • Valid until used, never expires
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Keep in mind: a larger allowance does not change a target platform’s regional, account, or content-licensing rules, and does not give each device the same allowance separately. Assess all expected tasks before purchasing.

Shared service coverage

All plans include

Separate allowance differences from shared service coverage. The points below describe common facts and usage boundaries; plan pricing should not be interpreted as an unstated performance tier.

Unlimited devices

Configure clients for your work and personal devices as needed. Device-count rules do not change the data allowance of the selected plan; with multiple devices, include background sync, app updates, and active access in your usage estimate.

Windows / Android / iOS / macOS / Linux

110+ countries / 190+ routes

Coverage indicates the breadth of available international routes. Specific countries, cities, route types, and currently available options are shown in the user panel. Choose a route that matches the target service region, then verify actual access rather than focusing only on geographic distance.

Military-grade encryption

VPNPE describes its security service as using military-grade encryption. Keep account passwords and subscription details secure in daily use; when troubleshooting, provide only the necessary order or error information and never publish complete subscription details on a public page.

Client downloads and support

Login is required to download clients and obtain subscriptions; access to genuine installation packages follows the user panel rules. For import, billing, or connection issues, explain the situation through a ticket. Memberships, content regions, and playback rules for target Streaming services remain determined by those platforms.

Plan comparison table

Check payment amount, available data, and reset rules item by item. The table does not convert data packs into monthly prices because actual usage duration depends on consumption; nor does it treat unused monthly data as permanently retained.

All prices are shown in CNY; billing rules are listed separately for each product.

Check usage before choosing a tier

Web and text tasks typically consume data differently from video and file transfers, but there is no universal conversion by count or duration. Use your own records, paying particular attention to background programs so sync tasks are not missed when counting only open webpages.

Check the current plan before changing it

With an existing monthly plan, a mid-cycle upgrade difference converts into remaining days. If you plan to switch to a data pack, confirm the current product status and available actions in the panel; this page does not assume cross-product balance transfers, data stacking, or a deduction order.

Payment and delivery

Payment methods and subscription access

  • Alipay
  • WeChat Pay
  • USDT

The payment methods above are supported. Use the marketing page to compare plans; the actual order is generated in the user panel. Before paying, use the product and amount shown on the order page as your reference, and never transfer funds to an unverified address.

  1. Open the panel and confirm your account and product

Select a plan card to open the plan area in the user panel. If you are not logged in, complete the account steps first; an account can be created with a username and password, without an email address. Before continuing, confirm that you are logged into the account intended for the subscription and check again whether the selected product is a monthly plan or data pack.

  2. Check the order, then pay

Check the product name, data allowance, and order amount, then choose a payment method shown in the panel. When using USDT, verify the receiving details and network requirements in the order item by item; do not reuse information from another order. If the payment page and order details differ, pause and confirm through a ticket.

  3. Return to the panel and check subscription status

After payment, return to the same account and check the order history and subscription overview. Payment completion, panel order confirmation, and client availability are separate steps. If the expected result is not shown, keep the order details and check the status rather than placing repeated orders.

  4. Get the client, import, and verify

Obtain the client suited to your system and the subscription from the panel; access to genuine installation packages follows the panel rules. After importing, choose a suitable route and test the target website or app. Seeing the subscription imported does not by itself confirm system connectivity or access to the target service.

Refunds and order support

7-day refunds without requiring a reason

Compare allowances before choosing, with a clear refund promise after use. Read the Terms of Use for the full scope; this page keeps the key billing and application steps available for checking against your order records.

Read the full Terms of Use →

Submit a request through a logged-in ticket

Open a ticket in the user panel, clearly state your refund request, and include the order details to be handled. If the account has multiple orders, identify the relevant product and payment record so the request can be matched correctly. Do not include your account password or complete subscription URL.

Separate request feedback from payment status

After submitting, follow up through the same ticket; if more order information is needed, keeping the original context makes verification easier. Submission does not mean the refund has arrived. Confirm the final result using the ticket response and payment records. This page makes no separate promise about an unpublished processing time.

You can describe connection issues separately without mixing the requests

For connection troubleshooting, include the system name, route used, situation, and visible error. If the request is for a refund, state that directly rather than presenting it as a technical fault. Before uploading screenshots, hide unrelated personal information and retain only the order details needed for identification.

Plans and refunds FAQ

How should I choose between a monthly plan and a data pack?

If your usage is steady and easy to estimate each month, compare monthly plans first. If usage is occasional and keeping unused data matters more, compare data packs. Monthly data resets on the activation date; data packs last until used and never expire. A data pack is not unlimited permanent data, and it does not follow monthly-plan reset rules.

When does monthly data reset, and how are mid-cycle upgrades calculated?

Monthly data resets on the activation date rather than automatically at the start of each calendar month. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade converts into remaining days; it does not become extra data directly. Check your current plan, reset date, and upgrade result in the user panel before continuing.

My subscription is missing after payment. Should I place another order?

Return to the same account and check the order history and subscription overview to confirm the payment matched the intended order. If the payment channel shows success but the panel has not updated, keep the order details and contact support through a ticket. Verify the existing order before taking further action; do not pay again solely because the page has not changed.

What is the refund promise, and where can I apply?

VPNPE offers 7-day refunds without requiring a reason. Apply through a ticket in the logged-in user panel, stating your request and including the relevant order details. The full scope is governed by the Terms of Use; the application, review response, and arrival of funds are separate stages, so check the ticket and payment records.

Do unlimited devices mean each device gets separate data?

Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices, not an increase in plan data for each device. Consider the combined usage of all intended devices when choosing a plan; do not estimate a full allowance for every device. Client entry points for Windows, Android, iOS, macOS, and Linux are in the user panel. Login is required to download clients and obtain subscriptions, and package access follows the panel rules.

Does the free trial entry mean the plan is free long term?

The free trial entry leads to the user panel; availability is determined by what the panel displays. This page lists paid monthly plans and data packs. The trial entry does not change those billing rules or mean long-term free access. You can create an account with a username and password, without an email address; after entering, check the plan and access eligibility before continuing.
